Earth Sensing Technologies is building a world where technology exists to connect people with people, and people with the Earth.
Based in Ama-cho on the Oki Islands, Shimane Prefecture — a UNESCO Global Geopark. This island in the Sea of Japan sits at the nexus of Japan, Korea, China, and Russia. Not from the periphery, but from the center of the world. In 2026, it begins here.

Listening to the voice of the island.
When a fisherman falls into the sea, a satellite finds their location, and a drone flies to the rescue. Isaribi — the fishing fire that illuminates the dark ocean.
On days without rescues, that drone is still flying. Inspecting breakwaters, spotting drifting debris. Beneath the surface, underwater microphones record the sounds of marine life and photosynthesis around the clock. Satellites monitor ground displacement too.
All of it is happening over the same stretch of ocean.
